Regarding Leatt-Branded Products

The Company offers no warranties beyond those provided in the limited warranty cards included with its products.

Warning: Motorcycling, ATVing, UTVing, snowmobiling, and bicycle riding are inherently dangerous and may result in serious injury or death.

Leatt’s neck braces are designed to offer protection in cases of:

• Hyperflexion (forward over-bending of the head)
• Hyperextension (rearward over-bending)
• Lateral hyperflexion (side bending)
• Posterior hyper-translation (rearward movement of the head/helmet)

Important: No product can offer complete protection from injury.

The Company disclaims all responsibility for injuries incurred while wearing its products.

It also makes no guarantees or representations—either express or implied—regarding:

• The level of protection they provide from injury or death
